This policy governs how disputes between buyers and sellers are handled on the Vidzashop platform — including our role as arbitrator, our limits of involvement, and user release obligations.
Orders Are Final
As a general rule, an order is final. We will not adjust orders after a sales event is closed unless we determine in our sole discretion that the integrity of the sales event was materially impaired.
Detailed procedures for submitting disputes and claims for each marketplace are available on our Site. All users agree to submit themselves to these processes in the event of a dispute among users and to abide by our decision as a consequence of these dispute processes.
While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes between buyers and sellers, participation in the dispute process means you agree to be bound by Vidzashop's decision.
While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes between buyers and sellers using any of our marketplaces, we have no control over and do not guarantee the following:
Existence, quality, safety or legality of Assets
We cannot verify every asset advertised on the platform.
Truth or accuracy of user content or Listings
Listing information is provided by sellers — we do not audit every detail.
Ability of sellers to sell Assets
We cannot confirm that a seller has legal right or physical ability to complete a sale.
Ability of buyers to pay for Assets
We do not verify buyers' financial capacity prior to a sales event.
Completion of transactions or returns
We cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction, return an asset, or refund a payment.
When a user issue arises, we may consider the user's performance history and the specific circumstances in applying our User Agreement.
We may choose to be more lenient with policy enforcement in order to do the right thing for both buyers and sellers — entirely in our sole discretion.
Vidzashop's discretion means that identical circumstances may result in different outcomes depending on a user's history, context, and the overall integrity of the marketplace interaction.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Vidzashop and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from:
This release covers claims of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Waiver of Statutory Protections
In entering into this release you expressly waive any protections — whether statutory or otherwise — that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release to include only those claims which you may know or suspect to exist in your favour at the time of agreeing to this release.
Contact our team with the full details of your dispute. We will review your case and respond in accordance with this policy.
